February 26

12.6 miles with Caleb and Chris. Easy ride out the trail with Caleb and Chris. Caleb is getting stronger and Chris took too much time off. Nice ride and just beat sunset. It's nice that the sun is staying up longer now. We can start the after work rides again. Woot!

February 25

70 miles on the Tour de IPA with Kevin. The rain, my god, the rain. It was supposed to be 65 and maybe rain, we got 49 and RAIN. It was wet all the way out to Green Lizard, but eventually dried up. Nice slow ride on account of Kevin taking too much time off, but goo to get that long ride in.

5 miles mtb at Fairland. Met up with Pete to test out the trails. They were bad enough to make it out muddy, but not bad enough to be a douch bag doing it. Kinda slow on account of Pete taking off too much time, but still a solid ride.

2.2 miles running with Sean. First run since the big run, felt great. Beat a PR on a strava segment, but it was only 2 miles. More to come. Need to get ready for that 50. ooof.

14.2 miles on the road. Took some time off after the big run. My toe is still broken and I'm going to lose another toe nail, but such is the runners life. Out with Tom and he caught a flat. Would up fixing it with the tip from my vape stick. Awesome.

February 10

24.3 miles running. This was supposed to be a 50k, but man the rain was not letting me have it. It started about the middle of the second lap and just got worse and worse. By the time I finished my fourth lap, the trails were turning into rivers. The mud was thick and sticky. Oh well, it was a good run.


4.1 on the treadmill. I really should have started with the incline a lot sooner. I can run for 3 or so miles at 2% but then it starts hitting. I should be able to do 10 miles at 4%. Oh well.

4.1 on the treadmill. I really should have started with the incline a lot sooner. I can run for 3 or so miles at 2% but then it starts hitting. I should be able to do 10 miles at 4%. Oh well.

6.2 miles on the treadmill. Took a few days off; some being lazy and some just shit weather. I made it up though on this run. Started at 1% and took it to 2.5%. Going to go higher for the next one. 50K coming up.

5.2 miles with Caleb. I needed to show caleb the way around the bike path going to Whole Foods. managed to get third best time on the climb. Woot! Think I taught the boy that he's got some work to do before hes' ready to take me on.

34.2 miles on the road. Took the day off because it was supposed to be 50 and nice. Turns out it was 39 and not. Windy as hell the entire way. Tried to do the Tour de Beltway, but they shut down the GBT and the detour was shit. had to play with the cars on 410 which is always fun.
